Digitally Managing Signatures with SGA at Banco de Portugal

Embarking on the SGA project, I, as a UX designer, focused on seamlessly integrating digital signatures into Banco de Portugal's internal procedures, enhancing security and efficiency. The journey began with thorough requirements gathering, involving active collaboration with stakeholders, PMs, POs, and developers to ensure a robust understanding of both system and user needs.

Within a dynamic two-week project cycle, I crafted and tested prototypes, with user testing sessions providing vital insights into user interactions and experiences. Following each testing phase, comprehensive reports were developed, highlighting findings and paving the way for subsequent refinements in the design and development processes.
